Why we started

 

This is おばあちゃん, grandmother. She passed down the family legacy to always dress well. Grandmother had said, "through the quality of your clothes, it can speak volumes of your family." It was a way to bring dignity and respect to your family from others. Grandmother had a sensitive eye and touch to fabrics and materials. She made multiple trips to the local fancy 子ども store, clothed and bathed her seven children with Japanese clothes and home goods. When the family attended family outings,  the whole town would stare in awe. Growing up she called her seven children and later her ten grandchildren, this was her 子どもクラブ - Children's Club.
